Video: The Strypes sounded fantastic on Conan O’Brien last night

The star of the Cavan band continues to rise and rise.
It’s been a long time since there has been as much excitement about an up and coming Irish band as there has been with The Strypes and the Cavan teenagers have justified all the hype surrounding them to date. Dave Grohl is probably the highest profile of a number of famous fans and having performed live on the likes of Jools Holland and eh, The Toy Show, in the past, they put on another great show on one of the biggest TV shows in America (and therefore, the world), on Conan last night. Performing their well-known hit, ‘Blue Collar Jane’ from the album 'Snapshot', the lads didn’t look at all fazed about playing on such a big stage and the crowd certainly seemed to get a good kick out of it. There’s plenty more of where that came from too because if they keep up this rate of progress, fans are going to be rocking out to the music of The Strypes for years and years to come.
