Beautiful in its simplicity.

Young Mayo band Flat Out first came to our attention as the 2014 winners of the Le Crunch Apple Of My Eye cover competition, with their cover of Foster the People's 'Pumped Up Kicks'. The band are back with another crackin' cover here and this time the focus of their attention is the 2008 Elbow classic, 'One Day Like This.' With nothing more than harmonies, a harp, bodhran, guitar and an accordion, the group have created a beautifully simplistic version that we're pretty sure Guy Garvey and the rest of the band would approve of.
