If his radio career ever goes arseways, Today FM’s Dermot Whelan can rest assured that he has a future as lead singer of Squirrel Spam, the terribly titled but deadly accurate tribute band to Pearl Jam.

This was filmed at last year’s tribute to Tony Fenton at Vicar Street, and posted by Today FM earlier today.

Using the lyrics ‘I squeeze the blackhead,’ Whelan becomes the lead singer of the legendary alt-rock band.

Not sure his wife is too impressed, though.
