Weirdest Jesus appearance ever – as a bruise on a Laois lad’s leg

In a week where a 3-year-old chicken nugget sold on eBay for over €6,000 because it looked like former US president George Washington, you wouldn't think it could get any better. But you'd be wrong!

Most of us manage to go through our college years without being the vessels for any divine visitations. In fact most of us just get royally blathered in between sporadic bouts of learning. But not so for one Laois lad, who's got a bruise in the shape of Jesus.

You read that right, Jesus. We were a little sceptical at first too, but take a look at the video. The Lord obviously had something serious to share with 19-year-old Martin Carroll.

Martin studies primary teaching in Marino, so no doubt the bruise will equip him well to masterfully field questions in religion classes.

The divine bruise was the result of a hurling clash. Does that mean Jesus is a fan of Laois hurling?
