Yet another baseball video, with more pain being inflicted on the unsuspecting - this time a coach for the Colorado Rockies.

Third base coach Rich Dauer was minding his own business near a practice net when out of his field of view a baseball is flying like a homing missile right for his face. He gets dropped by the shot, taking it square in the nose before falling to the ground holding his face.

Dauer then had to be helped to his feet and brought off the field after sustaining a broken nose from the accidental shot.

All we can say is "ouch" and consider wearing a helmet if you ever go to a baseball game. Check out the video and touch your own nose in reassurance.
