Investigations are ongoing.
A man in his early 40s has been arrested following an armed robbery on Grafton Street on Wednesday (16 February).
At approximately 3.20pm, a man entered a business premises armed with a weapon and threatened staff members.
He left the scene on foot with a number of items from the business.
In a follow up search, Gardaí located the stolen items and arrested a man.
He was taken to Pearse Street Garda station where he is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The investigations are ongoing.
