
VIDEO: Large section of Dart line closed due to fire damage
Footage from the site shows some quite extensive damage.
Iarnród Éireann has suspended services between Bray and Greystones as emergency services deal with a fire near the rail line on Bray Head.
According to the Wicklow Fire services, the fire is now under control, but it has caused some damage to the rail infrastructure.
They also stated that the fire started around 1am on Friday morning in front of a tent and spread from there

A spokesperson for Iarnród Éíreann told RTE News that DART and rail services past Bray Head will be suspended for some time yet as staff must inspect the rail line following last night's fire, as some overhanging trees that were burned have to be removed as does fire-related debris that is lying on the track.
