Some people thought the real Time Magazine cover featuring Enda Kenny was a fraud. It wasn’t, but it was inevitable that some parodies would follow fairly quickly. They’re pretty funny too.
The appearance of our Taoiseach on the front cover of one of the world’s most famous magazines was a source of bemusement to a lot of people in this country, particularly as his mug appeared alongside the headline ‘The Celtic Comeback’, which there has been precious little sign of in this country to date.
It didn’t take long for some people to jump on board and mercilessly rip the piss of Inda’s appearance on the magazine, the front cover of which has been graced by personalities varying from Pope John Paul II, Martin Luther King and Mahatma Gandhi to eh, Adolf Hitler in the past. Significantly, they even changed the traditional red lettering of TIME from red to green just for this special occasion.

Kenny supporters might find them a bit harsh, but they're still pretty funny all the same.
