Male cyclist killed in collision with truck in Dublin

The cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

Very sad news.

A male cyclist has died as a result of a collision with a truck in Rathfarnam in Dublin on Friday afternoon.

Gardaí are investigating a fatal road traffic collision involving a cyclist and a truck, which occurred at approximately 1.30pm on Friday, November 17, at White Church Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.

The male cyclist, whose age is not yet known, was pronounced dead at the scene. His body currently remains at the scene, which has been sealed off to facilitate the Garda Forensic Investigators.

The driver of the truck was unharmed.
