Fair play to Lomalito Moala, he knows his audience.
Moala, who is based in Sydney and won a bronze medal at the 2010 Games in Delhi, had said that he would wear the Hoops jersey at the opening ceremony at Celtic Park if a tweet promising to do so was retweeted 100 times, a figure that was reached comfortably well within an hour earlier this week.
Fair play to Moala, he was as good as his word and though he might be representing a land approximately 10,000 miles away from Glasgow, the home crowd will no doubt treat him as one of their own after this gesture.
