The cartoon in question showed Donald Trump asking what appears to be a dead migrant father and daughter if he can "play through" them on the golf course. Take a look here:

He has since received support from a number of celebrities, including Luke Skywalker himself Mark Hamill, who claimed the drawing was "Pullitzer Prize-worthy".

De Adder claimed that the most difficult part of the entire situation was that his mother with dementia has a hard time remembering her family at times, but that part of her daily routine is to open her local paper and see her son's cartoon, which will no longer be there.
The cartoon is in reference to an image that was shared widely of an El Salvadoran father and daughter who were found dead in the waters of the Rio Grande, between America and Mexico, last week.
