United States president Donald Trump has reportedly decided to exit the Paris climate change agreement.
Trump was moved to withdraw from the agreement by a letter from 22 Republican senators, according to reports, and his decision flies directly in the face of the legacy of his predecessor Barack Obama.
Obama counted the agreement, signed by 195 other countries, as one of his greatest achievements in office but Trump has made no secret of his disdain for the concept of fighting climate change.
