Dublin Bus announced at approximately 9.30am on Thursday that the issue had been resolved.

Dublin Bus issued an apology to customers on Thursday morning for any inconvenience caused by issues with real-time information on their app, website and social media pages.
Early on Thursday morning, Dublin Bus issued a notice to inform customers of issues with real-time information, issues that they are working to resolve as soon as possible.
Customer Notice we are currently experiencing issues with our Realtime information on both our App and website.We are working to have this resolved ASAP. Please see https://t.co/3hDb9nFFiJ for realtime information.

After numerous Dublin Bus customers took to Twitter to express frustration at being unable to access the real-time information, Dublin Bus reiterated the notice and apology shortly before 9am.
Customer Notice: We are currently experiencing technical issues with the RTPI at present. We are working to have this resolved as quick as possible. Apologies.
