Dublin Bus issued an apology to customers on Thursday morning for any inconvenience caused by issues with real-time information on their app, website and social media pages.
Early on Thursday morning, Dublin Bus issued a notice to inform customers of issues with real-time information, issues that they are working to resolve as soon as possible.

numerous Dublin Bus customers took to Twitter to express frustration at being unable to access the real-time information, Dublin Bus reiterated the notice and apology shortly before 9am.
