Gardaí appeal for witnesses following stabbing incident in Dublin

The incident took place last Thursday night.

Gardaí in Dublin are appealing for witnesses to what they have described as an apparent stabbing incident that took place on Thursday 20 June at approximately 8pm outside Clontarf Road train station.

A man in his 30s received a number of apparent stab wounds to the face during the incident.

He was taken to Beaumont Hospital after presenting himself and his injuries at Clontarf Garda Station.

Gardaí are appealing to any members of the public who may have witnessed this incident or who were in the area at the time and may have observed anything related to this incident to come forward.

They are also appealing to motorists who were in the area during this time with dash cams to come forward.
