Vernon Unsworth is a British cave driver who was instrumental in the rescue of 12 boys in Thailand.
Last week, every one of the Thai soccer team that had been trapped in a cave for 18 days were rescued, thanks to an extensive rescue mission. All 12 boys are expected to leave hospital as early as today (Wednesday) and are due to conduct a press conference with their coach this week.
Prior to their rescue, famous entrepeneur Elon Musk arrived at the scene, offering to help, with a submarine made of rocket parts. He boasted that the mini-sub was ready if needed.

As it happened, the mini-sub was not needed, thanks to the thankless efforts of a number of rescue cave divers.
In the aftermath of the incident, Musk ended up getting into a verbal scrap with one of the rescuers.
The rescuer in question, Vernon Unsworth, said that Musk's mini-sub "had no chance of working" and labelled it a "PR stunt."
Musk then took to Twitter and wrote that he would make a video proving that the submarine would work - finishing the tweet with: 'Sorry pedo guy, you really did ask for it".
Bizarre.
The tweet was soon deleted, but Unsworth said that he was
considering taking legal action against Musk, saying: "Yes, it's not finished."
Musk has since taken to Twitter to apologise, in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The billionaire explained that the fault was entirely his, and apologised to Mr. Unsworth directly.
Unsworth is yet to make an official response.
