Enoch Burke has turned up at Wilson’s Hospital School after Christmas break

Schoolteacher Enoch Burke turned up at Wilson’s Hospital School in Co-Westmeath as it re-opened after the Christmas break, according to RTÈ.

Mr Burke was photographed at the school on Monday, January 6.

Mr Burke was previously jailed for contempt of court after defying an order to stay away from the school where he formerly taught.

The High Court ordered his release from custody in December after he had been jailed since September 2 last year.

However, the judge warned Mr Burke that he faces a daily fine of €1,400 if he breaches the stay-away order again.
