Four teenagers have been rushed to hospital, and one is in a critical condition, after a single-vehicle crash in Galway.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the collision which occurred at Ballyedmond, Clonberne, Ballinasloe on Saturday, August 22, around 10.00pm.
The front passenger in the car, a boy in his teens, is in Beaumont Hospital Dublin, for treatment of serious injuries and remains in a critical condition.
The three rear seat passengers, all teenage boys, were brought by ambulance to Portiuncula Hospital Ballinasloe as a precaution.
A technical examination was carried out by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Road users who may have camera footage and were travelling in the area of Ballyedmond between 9.30pm and 10.30pm on Saturday are asked to make this available to investigating Gardaí.
