FreeNow leaves customers across the country confused with €200 voucher riddle

Many FreeNow users have since flocked to social media to joke about the situation.

FreeNow customers across the country have taken to social media in regard to a voucher riddle which appeared on the taxi service's app on Friday morning (1 December). A message popped up on the app encouraging users to solve a riddle in order to win €200 worth of vouchers. It read: "I'm made of snow but never feel the cold. The answer to this riddle is a promo code worth €200 towards your next 10 trips." As FreeNow customers flocked to the app to input the word "snowman" and appeared to have the vouchers added to their account, it all seemed too good to be true.

Sadly though, it looks like it indeed was too good to be true, with app users reporting that the vouchers have since been removed from their FreeNow accounts. Many have taken to Twitter to joke about the situation and wonder what exactly is going on at the taxi service. You can read some of those tweets below. JOE has reached out to FreeNow for comment.
