The incident occurred this morning.
Gardaí have launched an investigation after a man in his mid-40s was stabbed to death. The incident occurred at 4am on Friday, 19 July at Clinch's Court, North Strand, Dublin 1.
Gardaí were alerted to the incident and the man was seriously injured when they arrived. The man was moved to the Mater Hospital where he later passed away.
A second man (also mid-40s) was also injured and moved to St. James Hospital. He is currently being treated for his injuries.
The scene is currently preserved and the State Pathologist has been notified.
