The incident took place on Friday evening.
Gardaí have launched an investigation following an aggravated burglary that took place at a domestic residence in the Tourlestrane area of Sligo on Friday, 19 November.
Some time between 7.20pm and 7.40pm on Friday, three masked men entered the properly in question.
A number of items were subsequently taken including jewellery, a handbag with cash inside, and a mobile phone.
Upon being alerted to the incident, a number of Garda checkpoints and patrols were established in surrounding areas.
Despite this, no suspects have been successfully located as of yet.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the Eskragh or Tourlestrane area of Sligo between 7.15pm and 8pm to contact them, particularly any road users who may have useable camera footage.
