Commuters to and from Limerick City can now avail of cheaper fares thanks to the Leap Card.
There’s some good news for anyone that takes the 12 (or X12) to Limerick City as you can now use Leap Cards on Bus Éireann services to the city.
Minister for Transport Paschal Donohoe announced the
fare-ly decent news this week.
Leap Card services are currently available on Dublin Bus, Luas and Dart services in the capital as well as Bus Éireann services that operate in Cork and Galway City.
The Leap Card scheme is hoped to reach Waterford by the middle of the year.
