The 26-year-old Grammy-nominated singer was photographed wearing a pair of blue and white Naomh Conaill GAA shorts from Donegal.

The US singer appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone ahead of her upcoming world tour and following the success of her latest album, Daughter from Hell.

Abrams' partner of two years, Irish actor Paul Mescal, was given the Naomh Conaill shorts while filming God's Creatures in Donegal back in 2021.

Mescal was given the shorts and a jersey as a welcome gift from local Michéal Chancellor who had worked as an extra on the film.

Chancellor later explained that he wanted to thank the Kildare man for coming to Donegal to make the movie.

Now, fast-forward a few years and the same shorts have appeared in one of the world's biggest music magazines.

The unexpected fashion moment also caught the attention of O'Neills, who shared an edited image of Abrams wearing the Naomh Conaill shorts on social media alongside the tongue-in-cheek caption: "The names keep getting bigger."
