A pretty obvious password, which was mentioned in the Epstein files, is claimed to have been used by some Reddit users to hack into Jeffrey Epstein’s Outlook email address.
According to reports, in the recent Epstein files release, passwords from several of his accounts were included, such as Outlook, Yahoo, Apple ID and other services.
“I’m in Epstein’s Outlook. What should I look for? I got in using this information from the files”, a Reddit user wrote.
While others claimed that they were able to gain access to the accounts by using the information in the released files. These included passwords “#1Island”, “ghislaine” and “jenjen12”.
The hackers said that there wasn’t much information in the sex offender’s alleged Outlook account, however.
The most commonly used account by Epstein was “[email protected]”, which he used to email many high-profile names, including Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, his former wife.
Former Prince Andrew has faced allegations but has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in his relationship with Epstein.
Last week, the US Justice Department released more than 3 million pages, which also included 2,000 videos and around 180,000 images.
In the latest release of the Epstein files, names of famous businessmen, royals and politicians have emerged.
The fresh batches of Epstein documents have triggered a wave of explosive allegations including claims that Jeffrey Epstein may have been tangled up with Russian intelligence, the KGB, or even Mossad.
