Showers will be widespread across the country throughout the day on Tuesday and will persist in Atlantic coastal counties on Tuesday night, when temperatures will drop to between two and six degrees.
Wednesday will be milder with a mix of sunny spells and scattered showers and the same is true for Thursday, when moderate to fresh northeasterly winds will make their presence felt.
