Windy conditions are back on the cards…
Ireland was hit by 120kmh winds last night, which caused a number of flight delays and cancellations at Dublin Airport and there are more windy conditions predicted for this afternoon.
High winds will pick up again later today, but Met Éireann is predicting milder temperatures as high as 14C as a warm front is set to sweep across the country.
Unfortunately, the warm weather will be short lived as it’s set to drop back down to 7C or 8C for the weekend.
Last night, six flights were diverted from Dublin Airport due to the strong winds and according to Dublin Airport’s Twitter feed this morning, a small number of flights have been cancelled.
Passengers are advised to check with their airline for the latest information before heading out to the airport.
