A Brazilian influencer has died after falling inside of an active volcano while hiking in Indonesia.
On Saturday, around 6.30 am local time, Juliana Marins (26) lost her balance and slipped from a hiking trail around Mount Rinjani, Lombok.
Marins rolled 984ft down a slope before clinging to a rocky ravine next to the crater.
Drone footage showed the influencer crawling across the volcanic trail.
Unfortunately, Juliana was later found motionless 1,600ft down the volcano on Monday.
Juliana's family took to Instagram to confirm her passing: "The rescue team managed to reach the place where Juliana Marins was. With great sadness, we inform you that she did not survive.
"We remain very grateful for all the prayers, messages of affection and support we have received."
The influencer has accumulated 360,000 followers on Instagram, sharing her journey as a publisher and pole dancer.
Over the past few months, Juliana's Instagram page has been dedicated to her travels, sharing pictures of her backpacking journey through Southeast Asia since February.
Her final post from Indonesia was on June 11, captioned: "Never try, never fly."
According to Juliana's sister, Marianne, Juliana's hiking group had left her behind on the hike. Marianne told the Brazilian TV station Fantástico that Juliana had been hiking with a group of six tourists and two guides when she asked to stop and rest, however, allegedly the group went on without her.
Marianne added: "She didn’t know where to go.
Emergency services were informed and a rescue team was dispatched after receiving a call at 2.32 pm on Saturday. However, thick fog and cold temperatures slowed the rescuers down significantly.
Her family's worry only increased as time went by, writing on Instagram that Juliana had gone three days without any water or food.
Before receiving the news of her passing, they urged her to "keep Juliana in your thoughts, send the best energies, so that she gets stronger and stands firm."
Mount Rinjani is Indonesia's second-tallest volcano and a popular hiking spot with tourists, standing at an incredible 12,000ft.

However, the rescue team on site couldn't find Juliana the following day, as she appeared to have fallen further down into what the rescue team described as a ‘deep gorge with loose rocks', per Metro.
"She didn’t know what to do. When the guide came back because he saw that she was taking too long, he saw that she had fallen down there," per Metro.
