And the winner is…

The Credit Union has topped a list of Irish brands that provide the most positive customer experience, according to a new report.

CEXi.org, who commissioned the report (made by Amárach research), credited the Credit Union’s popularity to their “ethos and culture” as organisations which are “deeply embedded in the communities in which they operate.”

The Top 10 also included the National Concert Hall, Dublin Zoo, Aldi, Boots, Rabo Direct, Butlers Chocolate, An Post, Penneys, Hailo and Lloyds Pharmacy.

As for which brand came last, well, there’s no prize for guessing this one: step forward Irish Water.

In fact, Irish Water achieved the lowest ever score in the history of customer experience studies in the Integrity category.

Ouch.
