Kate Middleton says she has finished chemotherapy.
The Royal revealed back in March that she had been diagnosed with cancer, after being out of the public eye for much of the year.
In an emotional video, the 42-year-old said it had been "incredibly tough" for her this year, and "that life as you know it can change in an instant".
She said the "stormy waters" of her diagnosis was "complex, scary and unpredictable".
Kate added: "With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything.
"As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment," she said.
However, it was emphasised that the Princess will not immediately return to full time duties.
"My path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes," she said.
