David Kelly missing

UPDATE: David Kelly has been found safe and well.

A 52-year-old man named David Kelly has been missing from Kilkenny since yesterday.

An Garda Síochána are appealing to the public for their assistance in locating the man, and have provided information on his distinctive vehicle, which is also missing.

He is described as being 5’9″ in height, of thin build, with short grey hair.

In a statement issued by the Gardaí, it was further noted that “David drives a distinctive Black Mitsubishi Jeep which has a large amount of Chrome trimming and has an image on the rear window of ‘The Joker’ from the Batman Comics with the words ‘Why so Serious’ written underneath it.”

“Why so serious” is the slogan of The Joker character, played by Heath Ledger in the 2008 film The Dark Knight.

Gardaí have provided photos of Kelly, as well as the Jeep.
