LEGO provide awesome customer service for a seven-year-old kid
One poor kid lost a LEGO figure and wrote to the toy manufacturer for help. He got a fantastic reply, LEGO get superb PR.
This Dad (@simonapps) posted the exchange between his son and LEGO over a lost toy on Twitter last night and as you will understand when you read it, it has gone viral.
Firstly here is Luka's mail to LEGO:
We've all lost toys as kids so we can only imagine how happy the seven-year-old was with the reply.
Nice job LEGO, nice job.
