Luas announced the news shortly after 9pm on Tuesday and said both lines will run in accordance with the set timetables for this hour of the night.
They also confirmed that the services will commence at 5.30am on Wednesday as timetabled.
“Luas would like to thank customers for their patience today,” read the statement on the official website.
Services on the Red and Green lines were first suspended from lunchtime on Monday as the storm hit the capital.
The public transport company had been expected to resume services on Wednesday morning but tonight announced that they had already resumed ahead of schedule.
