Man, 40s, in critical condition following Dublin assault

The assault occurred in North Wall in the early hours of Saturday.
A man in his 40s has been left in critical condition following a serious assault in Dublin.
The incident occurred around 2.35am, Saturday, March 28 on Amiens Street in North Wall.
The man was brought to the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
A technical examination was carried out at the scene.
Gardaí are now appealing for any witnesses to the assault to contact them, including anyone who was in the vicinity and may have video footage.
