Gardaare appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
A man has died in Dublin following a collision between a motorised pedal cycle and a pole.
The fatal collision occurred at approximately 8.30pm on Monday (1 November) at Sallymount Avenue, Ranelagh, Dublin 6.
The man was taken to St Vincent's University Hospital where he passed away from his injuries.
The road has been technically examined by Forensic Collision investigators and has since been reopened.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the roads from the Baggot Street area to the Sandymount Avenue area between 7.45pm and 8.30pm are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
