Man in hospital with “facial fractures” following assault in Belfast

Police are appealing for information.

The PSNI are appealing for information following an assault in Belfast on Sunday (27 February).

“Shortly before 3.05am, it was reported that a number of people were involved in a fight outside a commercial premises in the Dublin Road area of the city,” Inspector Anderson said.

“A 43-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries, which include facial fractures.

“We are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed this incident to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 328 27/02/22.”
