Man in critical condition after van collides with three pedestrians in Dublin

One man has been left in critical condition.

Gardaí in Dublin are investigating a road collision between a van and three pedestrians that occurred yesterday evening (9 January).

The collision took place on St. Margarets Road, Finglas, Dublin 11, at around 5.10pm on Thursday.

According to a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána, two of the pedestrians – both men in their 30s – were removed from the scene to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown. One of the men is believed to be in critical condition.

The driver of the van, a man in his 20s, was not injured in the incident.

Gardaí are now appealing for anyone with information, in particular any road users who may have dash-cam footage available, to come forward.
