A man in his 60s has been stabbed at house in Waterford. Gardaí are investigating an incident of assault which occurred at a house in Saint Herblain Park, Waterford at approximately 7.30pm (7 October). Gardaí said that a man in his 60s suffered apparent stabbing wounds and was taken to Waterford Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening Injuries. A man in his 20s was arrested in relation to this incident and was taken to Waterford Garda Station. He has been released and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).Most Viewed in news
