Police responded to reports of an explosion around 10:30pm.
Locals in Manchester offered up free rooms, beds and couches to anyone that had attended the Ariana Grande concert on Monday night.
The explosion at the concert left 22 dead, including children, as well as 59 injured. The explosion was reported to have happened in the foyer of the Manchester arena, just after the concert had finished.
Initially, the reported blast was described as a “serious incident,” but officials later said it is being treated as a terrorist incident “until police know otherwise”.
Shortly after the attack, taxi drivers began offering free fares to help get people safe.

A lot of the reason people can't reach their kids on their cellphones is, the batteries are dead. Offer chargers. #Manchester
