Mental Health Ireland launches survey focused on mental health and the workplace

Workers across all sectors throughout Ireland are encouraged to take part.

Mental Health Ireland has launched a new survey in which members of the public are encouraged to answer questions on their experience with mental health in the workplace.

Published ahead of World Mental Health Month in October, the charity says that the purpose of the survey is to learn more about the cultures and supports in workplaces across as many sectors as possible in Ireland in regard to mental health.

As such, Mental Health Ireland is seeking the perspective of employees, as well as employers, leaders and managers nationwide.

The charity states that the results of the questionnaire will help inform and finalise its upcoming Workplace Mental Health Framework, Policy and Toolkit which will be launched at a live webinar on 21 October.

“Results of the survey will be used as anonymised data and stats in the framework, during the webinar, on our website, and on social media,” the charity says.

“Anonymised direct quotes may also be used in these formats.”

Those who complete the survey will also enter into a draw to win a €200 One4All voucher.

To take part in it, you can visit Mental Health Ireland’s website here.
