Three prizes worth €1 million, €2.4 million and €6.4 million have yet to be claimed.

The National Lottery is appealing to players in Cork, Mayo and Westmeath to check their tickets carefully as the three latest Lotto millionaires have yet to come forward to collect their winnings.

A Westmeath player won a Lotto jackpot of nearly €6.5 million on Saturday, 22 May after purchasing their Quick Pick ticket on Thursday, 20 May.

The ticket was bought at the Applegreen service station located just off the M6/N6 motorway in the Arcadia Retail Park in Athlone.

On the same night, the Lotto Plus 1 top prize of €1 million was won by a player in Mayo, with the winning Quick Pick ticket purchased on Friday, 21 May at Cunningham’s in Belcarra, just outside Castlebar.

A week later on Saturday, 29 May, a Cork player scooped the nearly €2.5 million jackpot. The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw at O’Connell’s Foodstore in Myrtleville.

In a statement, a National Lottery spokesperson said: “The three big winners are yet to come forward so we would encourage all Lotto players in Cork, Mayo and Westmeath to check their tickets carefully.”

The winning ticket holders are advised to stay calm, to sign the back of their tickets and keep them in safe places.

The lucky punters should also contact the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or [email protected] and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prizes.
