Niall Horan reveals favourite Irish TV show he watches to unwind after tour

"I rewatched it again."

The Tastes So Good singer admitted the unexpected reality show that helps him relax after performing to thousands of fans across the globe - RTÉ's hit show, The Traitors.

The Mullingar star admitted a combination of the Irish version of the show as well as true-crime docs make for the perfect way to unwind off-stage.

Speaking to the Irish Independent, he said: “I love The Traitors and the Irish version has just played here in the UK. I had already been following it, so I knew what was going on but I rewatched it again."

“I watch a lot of true-crime stuff on Netflix. I play a bit of golf, mow the lawn, walk the dog, spend time at home. I have gotten very good at returning from work and being able to lock myself in the house, turn off the phone and no one can get in touch with me.”

The ex-One Direction singer continued: “I barely leave the house when I’m at home. Just with the fast pace of what we do and the travelling involved, it’s nice to be able to return home and do nothing."
