Don’t care about the Paris climate deal? This weather website will change that

A great effort from the online weather site.

JOE

Okay, we get the hint.

US President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that he will exit the Paris climate agreement in what is a massive blow to global efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Trump believes that exiting the agreement will eventually land a better deal for his country in the long run, stating that he was doing it in the interest of the great people of America.

Trump doesn’t seem overly pushed about the whole thing and his opinion about the matter seems to be, if they strike a better deal, great, if not, it doesn’t really matter.

Well to weather.com, it does matter and they want their readers to know that it should matter to them too.

After Trump announced that he was to pull out of the agreement, the site published an article with meteorologist, Kait Parker, explaining what ramifications the withdrawal of the Paris Climate agreement could have on this planet.

That was the top story on the page and if you were inclined to skip over that particular news story, the weather site followed it up with seven more smaller story pieces demonstrating further what the withdrawal would mean for the world.

Eventually, the page does a whole 360 which lands back to Trump’s announcement on the deal. If you still don’t care after all that, there’s not much else they could do to persuade you really.
