What are we allowed to do when Phase Two starts on Monday?

Ireland is accelerating its lockdown lift. There will be no more Phase 5, and from Monday our worlds become a lot bigger than they have been for the last few months.

But, what actually changes as we move into Phase Two? What is the public health advice around protests? Why are gaff parties a threat to our public health?
