Barcelona tweet picture of former player Eric Abidal visiting the squad following the tragic death of Tito Vilanova.

Barcelona are still in mourning following the tragic loss to cancer of former manager Tito Vilanova, but spirits were lifted somewhat with a visit from former player, the hugely popular Eric Abidal. The French player currently plying his trade at Monaco is no stranger to cancer himself as he has survived a tumour on his liver which required a transplant, and both he and Tito faced their illnesses together with incredible bravery, something which has clearly created a very strong bond between the player and his former club. Barcelona also posted a video of their training session which shows the players going through a light recovery session following their victory against Villareal last night.
