We’ve seen some originality in the past, as people use every resource known to man to defend themselves against the erratic nature of Irish weather.
Never before however has a man so wonderfully defended himself from the glare of the Spring sun. Sunglasses alone are not enough when Irish rays beat down on Sunday match spectators, and so hand to head and programme to beanie, the finest peak cap in all the land was created.
The snap was shot at the Donegal V Kerry match in O’Donnell Park on Sunday afternoon.
Ingenious. Necessary. Sartorially indefensible.
