Where else would you get it?

Where else would you get it?

One woman in Dublin was desperate to get her clothes dry before getting to her final destination, so she decided to hang them from the window of a train. While it’s a novel way for drying damp clothes, it’s not very safe and the woman soon had her nifty plan derailed.

Shaunie O’Reilly-Foley originally snapped the pic at Pearse Street Station during the week. Shaunie’s friend Ólan Daly was onto JOE regarding the pic and he said, “It was on a Howth train at Pearce Station. A worker got on at Tara Street and told her to take them down.

“Then, the pink shorts in the picture fell onto the track and workers spent 10 minutes trying to get them out, but then they said they’d have to let the train go before they could pick them up. She was told she’d have to collect them ‘another day’.”

At least the woman in question learned a valuable lesson in the difference between a washing line and a railway line…

Hat tip Ólan Daly for sending the pic in via Facebook.
