Are you trying to avoid canvassers?
Yesterday, we put together for those among you who simply don’t have the time to stand at your door and listen to the same promises you hear every time a general election rolls around.
This man’s clever The Simpsons’-themed notice should actually stop canvassers before they so much as ring the bell.
Take a look:
The poster equates four of Ireland’s political parties with Mr. Burns in different disguises, implying that they are all equally greedy and corrupt.
The emotive message is signed “The hard-working residents of 239 you’ve screwed previously 🙂 xxx”
A word to canvassers? We wouldn’t knock of the door of anyone who’s got something like this up.
