You couldn't make it up.

If you've ever flown from Ireland to America you'll know the journey can be a bit of a drag at the best of times.

You get restless after about half an hour and the little map that shows you flight path has barely moved but you keep staring at it for a bit of entertainment.

However, a recent America-bound flight out of Dublin turned into one of the more entertaining transatlantic trips we've heard of in a while.
