In poor taste or a welcome cheap pint for people looking for work?

Much like Megan Fox in a secondary-school filled with teenage schoolboys, the variety and choice of pubs available for Irish people is plentiful, as publicans constantly look to get an edge in a very competitive market.

Live music, good food, a decent atmosphere and a decent screen to watch sport are just some of the criterion that JOE looks for, but we definitely wouldn’t say no to a cheap pint.

Liz Delaney’s in Coolock, Dublin are offering very cheap midweek drinks to specific customers with their “Welfare Wednesday” promotion.

This reminded us of Centra’s controversial recent promotion that said that Children’s Allowance is best used on beer and pizza.
