The entire country is now under an Orange Alert, and here is why.

As he says, it dumped snow and ice on the southern United States but that won’t happen to us. Instead we will see very high winds, reaching up to 130kph according to Met Eireann.
The storm will also bring torrential rain, higher than normal seas and higher than normal tides, all of which will combine to mean yet more flooding on the Atlantic coast.
If you have hatches, get battening.
