PICS: Gardaí caught two drivers going WAY over the speed limit in Waterford on Paddy's weekend
This is just downright dangerous.
Speeding is a real problem on Irish roads, as any motorist will tell you, but some cases really and truly take the piss...
The Garda Traffic account shared two photos on their Twitter today, both of a speed camera in operation in Waterford on Paddy's Day weekend. Both shots showed speeds of drivers going along the N25 last weekend.
The first showed a speed of 189km/h, well over the speed limit and translating to roughly 120 miles. The second showed a similar speed of 183km/h. Needless to say, both speeds are a serious danger to anyone else on the road, no matter how in control you think you are.
